Interns.lk is Sri Lanka’s first dedicated platform for internship seekers and fresh graduates—helping you take that first bold step toward your dream career. We are the youth-focused co-brand of ProDesignCV.lk, one of Sri Lanka’s leading professional CV writing services.

Founded under Venture Grid Pvt Ltd, Interns.lk was created by Aneslin Bala, a tech entrepreneur and career development strategist. With over a decade of experience building recruitment ATS systems through Balanita Pvt Ltd, Aneslin recognized a key issue: Most Sri Lankan youth are unaware of how ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) work—causing even qualified applicants to be overlooked.

To close that gap, he launched ProDesignCV.lk in 2015, educating professionals about ATS-friendly CVs. But when requests from interns and university students started flooding in, a focused solution was needed.

Interns.lk is that solution. A platform crafted to empower students and interns with ATS-optimized resumes, real-world career guidance, mentorship, and expert webinars—so they can turn internships into long-term career success.

When I first built recruitment ATS systems, I realized how many brilliant young applicants were missing out simply because they didn’t know how hiring tech works. Interns.lk was born from a desire to level the playing field—giving every intern the tools to be seen, selected, and successful.
