Refund Policy

At Interns.lk, we are committed to providing value-driven services to internship seekers and fresh graduates. While we strive to deliver high-quality career support, we understand there may be circumstances that call for a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Full Refund – Before First Consultation

We offer a 100% refund with no questions asked if a refund request is made on or before the first scheduled consultation with our team.
Once the first consultation is held and the client confirms to proceed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Full Refund – Consultant-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if:

  • The information provided by the intern is fraudulent, misleading, or unverifiable

  • The academic or professional history is not sufficient to create a meaningful or ethical CV

  • The intern refuses to provide necessary details after repeated follow-ups

  • Our consultants determine the scope is outside our service model or ethical standards

3. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once the consultation is completed and the intern has agreed to move forward, the service is considered in progress. No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • You have received your first draft or any materials related to your CV/resume

  • You delay communication or fail to provide timely feedback

  • You are dissatisfied based on subjective preferences after work has been delivered

  • You request changes outside the original service scope

4. Service Disruption & Delivery Delays

If we face unavoidable delays (such as consultant unavailability or technical errors), we will communicate promptly. These do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the delay extends beyond 7 working days without communication from our team.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

Interns.lk reserves the right to block or restrict access to any user attempting to abuse the refund system through multiple refund requests, fake orders, or false claims.
